Job summary

Qualifications

• Диплом в области бизнеса или инженерии; 5+ лет опыта в цифровой доставке и/или управлении проектами
• Глубокие знания ERP: SAP и Oracle; знание интеграционных фреймворков
• Знание CPQ и сервисных платформ, особенно Oracle и Salesforce; опыт бизнес-анализа
• Успешный опыт крупной цифровой трансформации
• Навыки межличностного общения в многонациональной среде
• Энд-ту-энд экспертиза по сервисным платформам: Oracle CPQ4S, bFS на Salesforce, SAP ERP

Responsibilities

Its Services Business is undergoing a global transformation of its operating model, processes, and digital capabilities. Schneider Digital supports internal teams and clients globally and operates six digital hubs worldwide.

Задачи:

• Ensure countries’ IT landscapes converge toward the target E2E solution and provide feedback to capabilities, platforms, and interfaces
• Support country deployments as an E2E Solution expert
• Assess current country IT and process landscapes against the target state, identify gaps, and work on resolution actions with the Digital Deployment Leader
• Propose functional and technical E2E Solution alternatives that address country requests while limiting solution complexity and enhancements
• Support digital troubleshooting by identifying root causes and helping resolve issues, involving Digital Capabilities or DTC teams when needed
• Funnel enhancement requests to Lines of Business and Digital Capabilities
• Provide country projects with updates on enhancement delivery timelines and scope
• Participate in E2E Solution Build governance with Digital Capabilities, E2E Solution Design, and Delivery teams
• Participate in E2E Solution roadmap reviews and follow-up

Требования:

• Business or Engineering degree 5+ Years of experience in digital delivery and/or program or project management
• Strong foundations in ERP technologies, including SAP and Oracle, and integration frameworks
• Knowledge of CPQ and Service Execution platforms, especially Oracle and Salesforce Business Analyst experience
• Successful track record in large-scale business or digital transformation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills across organizational levels and multicultural environments
• End-to-end functional expertise across core Services digital platforms: Oracle CPQ4S, bFS (ServiceMax on Salesforce), and SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
• Experience designing and validating end-to-end service processes from quotation through execution and billing
• Understanding of system integrations and data flows, including separation of master and transactional data
• Experience with requirements management and solution design tools, such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Ability to define fit-to-standard solutions and ensure convergence toward a global target architecture
• Fluent in English
