Kharon is seeking a Senior AI Engineer based in Madrid to build and deploy agentic systems for assessing global security risks. You will own end-to-end development, from architecture and API design to production deployment on AWS, using Docker and Kubernetes.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI engineering or related field.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency.
• Experience building and operating RAG pipelines and agentic systems in production.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deploy AI agents that interpret, prioritize, and act on information related to geopolitical and financial signals.
• Develop and continuously improve tools that connect agents to information sources, including web access and knowledge graphs.
• Design and evaluate agentic workflows and multi-agent systems balancing tradeoffs like exploration vs. exploitation and accuracy vs. latency.
• Partner with Research, Product, and Engineering to prototype and refine capabilities.
• Take solutions from prototype to production, including API development and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Own the full lifecycle of systems from architecture to monitoring and maintenance.
