Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an E/E System Architect – Vehicle Architecture to lead the design of vehicle-level E/E architectures in Spain. You will translate requirements into robust system designs across ECUs, sensors, actuators, and networks, ensuring integration and consistency across domains.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers, participate in architecture reviews, and drive validation and continuous improvements throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Eng or related.
• Several years in E/E systems development within automotive or off-highway sectors.
• Strong knowledge of E/E architectures, systems and requirements engineering.
• Familiarity with CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet and UDS.
• Experience with MBSE/SysML-based tools like PREEvision, DOORS, EA, MATLAB/Simulink.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop vehicle-level E/E architectures from requirements.
• Translate requirements to system, subsystem, ECU and component specs.
• Define interfaces, signal flows, and communication concepts.
• Assess vehicle networks and diagnostic systems.
• Coordinate ECUs, sensors, actuators, and software across domains.
• Collaborate with teams, suppliers and partners for architecture consistency.
• Participate in architecture reviews, integration activities, and testing.
• Perform change impact assessments on vehicle-level systems.
• Maintain requirements traceability across the architecture.
• Support development processes and continuous design improvements.
