SGS is expanding its global eCompliance capabilities and seeks a Senior eCompliance Business Analyst to deliver and continuously improve electronic invoicing, tax compliance, and eReporting Solutions across jurisdictions.

You will bridge business stakeholders, tax and finance teams, solution providers, and IT, translating regulatory needs into scalable, compliant digital processes and leading requirements through design, build, testing, and go‑live in a global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in eInvoicing, eReporting, ERP, or compliance projects.
• Experience managing requirements from design through delivery.
• eInvoicing, eReporting, and tax compliance solutions.
• Oracle EBS or similar ERP platforms.
• O2C, P2P, system integrations, SIT and UAT.
• Knowledge of Peppol, SAF-T, CTC, and EU VAT regulations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders, tax teams, finance teams, and external solution providers to gather, analyse, and document business and regulatory requirements.
• Assess the impact of new regulations, business demands, and process changes across functions, systems, and countries.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage requirements throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from demand intake through implementation and operational support.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve compliance, automation, efficiency, and user experience.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to define future-state processes and solution designs.
• Document end-to-end business processes, workflows, data flows, and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and implementation partners to ensure requirements are clearly understood and accurately delivered.
• Support project delivery activities across multiple eCompliance initiatives.
• Define and review test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Validate delivered functionality against business requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization.
• Build strong relationships with business, finance, tax, and IT stakeholders globally.
• Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and recommendations in a clear and structured manner.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to support decision-making and governance activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on eInvoicing, eReporting, and digital tax compliance processes.
• Monitor emerging regulatory requirements, market trends, and technology developments.
• Support the evaluation of new compliance capabilities, solution enhancements, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to training materials, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and functional documentation.

We are looking for a Senior eCompliance Business Analyst to play a key role in the delivery and continuous improvement of electronic invoicing and tax compliance solutions . Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, compliance experts, solution providers, and technology teams, you will transform regulatory and business requirements into scalable, compliant, and efficient digital solutions.

This role is ideal for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in eInvoicing, eReporting, ERP integrations, and global compliance processes who enjoys working in a complex international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Partner with business stakeholders, tax teams, finance teams, and external solution providers to gather, analyse, and document business and regulatory requirements.
