A leading e-commerce organization in Spain is seeking an experienced E-commerce & Growth Manager to drive growth across Europe. The role involves developing and implementing growth strategies, managing key accounts such as Amazon and Zooplus, and ensuring effective negotiations and performance management. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in e-commerce with at least 5 years of experience and excel in analytical skills. E-commerce & Growth Manager

Remote position open to candidates based in Europe.

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Growth Manager to take the lead in shaping and accelerating our online sales strategy across Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth with some of our most important e-commerce partners and marketplaces, including Amazon, Zooplus and other key platforms.

This is a highly visible, strategic role that combines commercial ownership with operational excellence. You will lead negotiations and performance management at a European level, while also setting the frameworks, tools and best practices that guide local teams in their day‑to‑day customer management.

Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the European e‑commerce growth strategy.
  • Act as lead point of contact for major accounts such as Amazon and Zooplus.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans that align brand ambitions with customer growth.
  • Establish customer segmentation models, pricing corridors and promotional frameworks for online channels.
  • Ensure cross‑market coherence and prevent channel conflicts.
  • Promote a Joint Business Planning culture across the organisation, sharing best practices, toolkits and training.
  • Strengthen internal expertise in customer engagement and e‑commerce negotiations.
  • Track account performance, profitability and promotional ROI.
  • Provide data‑driven recommendations on assortment, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Share regular dashboards with commercial and leadership teams.
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, supply chain and finance to ensure aligned execution across markets.
  • Act as the central voice for e‑commerce needs, influencing product launches, content creation and inventory planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Digital Commerce.
  • 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce, ideally in pet care or consumer health.
  • Proven track record with large platforms such as Amazon, Zooplus or other marketplaces.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple European markets is a strong advantage.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; confident with data, Excel and performance tools.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
