We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for Southern Europe, located at our office in Madrid.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST?

The main purpose of this role is to translate the company’s business strategies and objectives into successful digital strategies that boost brand awareness, drive lead generation, and nurture customer relationships through digital channels. The Digital Marketing Specialist SEUR will drive the digital marketing strategy for France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. This person will create and execute the digital programs, including analytics setup, lead generation workflows and lead follow‑up by sales, prospect nurturing strategies, and channel and end‑customer engagement initiatives.

Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing programs across channels
  • Create together with the team the SEUR digital roadmap, best practices and programs
  • Optimize lead generation and conversion strategies by refining key touchpoints in the marketing funnel
  • Understand how the right customer data and integration enables smarter and more efficient marketing
  • Coordinating and monitoring digital lead generation activities
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Optimize conversion rates and drive marketing‑qualified leads to the sales team
  • Monitor and report on competitive digital performance and activities
Digital Marketing Education and Vendor Management
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget for the SEUR region, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
  • Drive education and upskilling of digital competencies within SEUR, serve as Axis platform expert and schedule periodic trainings
  • Evaluate the needs of the market and research customer trends

We see that this person has a strong analytical, data‑driven and precise mindset and great understanding of the marketing profession. Great communication and collaboration skills are key when working together with the SEUR marketing and sales team, but also within the EMEA organization. Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Required Experience and Skills
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing in the B2B sector
  • Experience developing integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Strong expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Sales Navigator
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Data‑driven mindset with a passion for analytics
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the IT or security sector
  • Fluent in French or Italian
