Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads with an external agency.
  • Design and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for strategic accounts.
  • Develop and monitor lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation workflows in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Ensure seamless CRM integration, proper lead tracking, and sales alignment (MQL → SQL conversion).
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROI, conversion rate) to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Oversee Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools for accurate event tracking and attribution.
  • Collaborate with creative and content agencies to align digital assets with campaign goals.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and continuous performance improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in performance marketing, automation, and data analytics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication or similar.
  • ~3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on B2B lead generation and performance marketing.
  • ~ Proven track record managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns with agencies.
  • ~ Hands‑on experience with Marketing Automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
  • ~ Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics) for lead segmentation and activation.
  • ~ Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Data Studio, or Power BI for performance reporting.
  • ~ Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • ~ Fluent English (written and spoken).
