Job summary

IKEA in Madrid, Spain seeks a Senior MS Dynamics Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across the Dynamics 365 platform for the Contact Centers and beyond. You will guide design, security, and delivery practices, collaborating with engineers, architects, and external partners to enable scalable, reusable solutions.

You will lead through expertise and collaboration, ensuring value delivery at pace while aligning with IKEA’s technology direction and governance.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially Customer Service and Case Management.
Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, extensibility, and lifecycle management.
Understanding enterprise integration patterns, APIs, data services, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

Facilitate engineering alignment across the Dynamics 365 platform and product teams.
Lead technical initiatives within the Dynamics 365 sub-domain aligning with platform strategy.
Promote use of Microsoft cloud capabilities and appropriate configuration or external services.
Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on solution design and platform evolution.
Identify opportunities for reuse across teams: APIs, data models, components, and patterns.
Reduce duplication and technical debt by encouraging standard platform capabilities.
