Our client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations. This role involves contributing to the technical implementation and design of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365CE) solutions, working with onshore and offshore teams, and developing integration solutions between D365CE and various legacy systems.

Requirements
- A university graduate with a relevant degree in computing or a business discipline
- A Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement Certification (2015, 2016 or 365)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement / CRM Online 2015, 2016 or 365
- Hands‑on experience designing and developing D365CE extensions such as plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, HTML, actions and APIs
- Good understanding of .NET development best practices, including code management, unit testing, and build processes
- Experience in D365CE configuration, customisation, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and report development
- Knowledge of all CRM functional areas: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service and Professional Services
- Understanding of the Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Service, including customisation and extension
- Fundamental experience with the Power Platform stack – Power Apps & Power Automate
- D365CE integration development using Common Data Service, Flow, Logic Apps and Azure Service Bus
- Experience with Azure DevOps (VSTS) for source control, build and release pipelines
- Microsoft Power BI development
- HTML5 development in line with D365CE standards
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS and Analysis Services
- Data migration experience for D365CE, including best practices for speed and efficiency
- Experience with third‑party integration tools such as Scribe or Kingsway Soft SSIS adapters
- Knowledge of D365CE accelerators, industry templates, add‑ons and ISV solutions commonly used in projects
- Experience working with off‑shore or near‑shore teams
- Proven track record of successful D365CE implementations within enterprise companies
- Experience in a delivery‑oriented IT environment using waterfall and agile methodologies
- Technical project documentation experience for offshore work packages
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of high‑quality business and software solutions using Dynamics 365 CE functional capabilities, working closely with client teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects or Senior Developers to create high–quality designs and sustainable client solutions
- Work in Agile or Waterfall environments as required by business needs
- Implement technical solutions for customer requirements in D365CE
- Maintain up‑to‑date design and technical documentation throughout development
- Develop components outside the core D365CE platform, including Power BI, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus and PowerApps
- Work with onshore and offshore development teams
- Deliver all development work according to Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) Project Methodology, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery
- Participate as an active member of technical and design working groups
- Adhere to best practice and client technical standards throughout development
- Ensure proper code management, including source control, unit testing and code reviews
- Collaborate with Technical Architects to implement automated build and release strategies
- Communicate progress updates formally and informally to relevant parties
- Identify risks and issues early and raise them through governance channels
- Perform additional duties as required by the Practice management team
- Represent Microsoft Business Solutions in a professional and positive manner
- Follow client Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at all times
