Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of dispatcher experience in e-commerce or logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of the service area and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process incoming orders and delivery requests from various channels.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for drivers, considering traffic, time windows, and capacity.
• Assign tasks to drivers and monitor progress throughout the day.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal departments about status and issues.
• Use dispatching software and GPS tracking to monitor fleet movements and performance.
• Resolve operational problems, such as breakdowns or delays, promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and driver activity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Generate daily reports on performance and efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for logistics processes.
