JD Logistics in Europe is expanding its transportation and last-mile network. We seek an analytical Dispatcher to manage dock scheduling, driver routing, linehaul movements, and carrier handovers, ensuring on-time dispatch and optimal yard flow.

You will coordinate between warehouse dock leads, external 3PLs, linehaul drivers, and regional control centers, and you will be evaluated on on-time performance, yard utilization, and system accuracy.

Formación

• Proven experience in dispatching, transport scheduling, or fleet operations.
• Hands-on with TMS, yard management tools, GPS tracking, and Excel.
• Fluent in English; local languages (Spanish/Italian) preferred; Mandarin a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily inbound trailer dockings, outbound dispatch, linehaul movements, and last-mile handovers.
• Monitor and improve on-time dispatch, yard utilization, and trailer capacity.
