Job summary

Ignite is seeking a Barcelona-based Google Ads consultant to drive digital growth for Dutch-market clients. You will own end-to-end onboarding, optimize campaigns, and expand spend while maintaining high retention in a premium oceanfront facility.

Responsibilities include onboarding, stakeholder outreach, campaign optimization, analytics reporting, and CRM-based pipeline management, with a strong emphasis on GDPR compliance and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency (C1/C2) and fluent professional English for collaboration.
• Experience in client-facing B2B account management or digital media consulting with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with GDPR guidelines in the Dutch market.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients by translating business targets into digital ad strategies.
• Maintain proactive contact with decision-makers and identify expansion opportunities.
• Build, manage and upgrade Google Ads accounts with optimized bid strategies and copy.
• Evaluate performance metrics to maximize ROAS and provide actionable insights.
• Keep precise notes in enterprise CRM on discussions, tasks and deal stages.
• Provide feedback on Dutch market trends to product and marketing teams.
