Job summary

Ignite in Barcelona seeks a Dutch-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to guide clients from onboarding to growth within the Dutch market. You will oversee accounts, ensure feature adoption, protect retention, and identify expansion opportunities to drive sustained campaign growth.

Based in our Barcelona hub, you will work 3 days in-office and 2 days from home, with relocation assistance including a fully paid flight and 30 days of private studio housing.

Qualifications

• Native or C2-level Dutch, plus fluent business English for internal collaboration.
• Proven history in B2B client relationship management, commercial sales development, or digital marketing consulting with CRM.
• Strong communication, analytical abilities with marketing data, and tech fluency across digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead strategic onboarding for new corporate accounts with tailored digital advertising strategies.
• Engage high-level decision-makers, present performance insights, ROI and ad solution recommendations.
• Build, launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns with bidding, ad variations and audience targeting.
• Analyze performance metrics to propose data-driven optimizations to improve ROAS.
• Maintain comprehensive CRM records of client interactions and milestones.
