Job summary

Ignite is seeking a Google Ads consultant in Barcelona to manage client portfolios for the Dutch region, guiding onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. You will drive account success while collaborating across a dynamic, international team in a stunning oceanfront facility.

The role requires native Dutch and fluent English, with experience in B2B account management or digital consulting. A hybrid 3/2 in-office/work-from-home schedule and relocation support are provided.

Qualifications

• Native/Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and upper-intermediate English.
• Proven work experience in B2B account management, digital consulting, or commercial sales with CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of European data privacy (GDPR) standards.
• Excellent spoken and written communication, data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts with structured, highly effective digital ad strategies.
• Engage executive decision-makers on ROI via strategic calls and platform features.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including bidding, creatives, and targeting.
• Translate analytics data into actionable recommendations to improve ROAS.
• Maintain precise CRM records of all account interactions and progressions.
• Provide Dutch market feedback to refine regional campaign frameworks.
