Job summary

Ignite, at our Barcelona World Trade Center facility, seeks a Google Ads consultant to manage Dutch market accounts. You will onboard clients, optimize campaigns, and drive ROAS while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup.

Candidate should have strong Dutch language skills (C1/C2), English proficiency, CRM experience, and knowledge of GDPR. Relocation assistance and a 39-hour work week are provided.

Qualifications

• Dutch language mastery (C1/C2) with business English
• Experience with B2B accounts, sales funnels, or online strategy using CRM
• Understanding GDPR and European data privacy
• Strong written and verbal communication; data-driven and adaptable to change

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and align targets with client teams
• Maintain ongoing stakeholder outreach to explain results and tools
• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for performance
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable ROAS recommendations
• Keep CRM records and pipeline milestones accurate
• Share market observations from the Dutch market with internal teams
