Language Skills: C2 level of Dutch and C2 level of English.
Experience: 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with previous client-facing experience in high-stakes environments.
Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
CRM Expertise: Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems.
AI Integration: You regularly integrate AI tools into your workflow and use insights to personalize outreach.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Mindset: Self-motivated and proactive with a confident and determined approach.
Business Acumen: Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and support strategic decisions.
Market Understanding: A clear understanding of the Dutch market, including cultural nuances, business etiquette, and practices.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the existing digital marketing ecosystem in the Netherlands to position Google Ads as a valuable solution.
Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of local regulations, especially regarding data privacy (e.g., GDPR), to ensure compliance in all outreach activities.
