Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch-speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our European team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will analyze and moderate content on major social platforms, enforcing community guidelines and safety policies while collaborating with international colleagues.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch and English, with strong analytical skills and relevant moderation experience.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport is mandatory.
• Strong command of English for professional communication.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in social media, content moderation, or customer experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and moderate content on major social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, including hate speech, harassment, and misinformation, to maintain a safe digital environment
• Collaborate with international teams to refine internal processes and enhance trust and safety policies
• Investigate user reports and take appropriate action based on established platform protocols
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency while managing a high volume of content queues
• Stay updated on emerging trends in social media safety and regional linguistic nuances relevant to the Dutch-speaking market
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss platform policy updates and operational improvements
