ADP, Inc. is seeking a DS District Manager NL Outbound Client fluent in Dutch (C1/C2). The ideal candidate will combine sales aptitude with outstanding closing skills to win new business from a range of clients, from Fortune 100 to small businesses.

You will drive outbound sales, build lasting client relationships, and strategically cross-sell ADP products while partnering with internal teams to ensure success and growth.

Formación

• Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated, excellent closing skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet monthly and yearly quotas.
• Well organized with strong time and activity management.
• Excellent systems literacy and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding sales goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients using a cold calling strategy and discover client needs.
• Cross-sell ADP products by highlighting other solutions across existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
