Foundever™ in Málaga is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an international tourism & hospitality project. You’ll handle Dutch inquiries by phone and other channels, assist with bookings and guest services, and deliver an excellent customer experience as part of a diverse global team.

Requires native or high-level Dutch, advanced English, and at least 1 year of customer service experience; hospitality or travel background is a plus.

Formación

• Full professional fluency in Dutch (native or bilingual level).
• Advanced English.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Hospitality, tourism, or sales experience is a strong plus.
• Motivation to work in an international environment.
• Currently living in Málaga or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers in Dutch via phone and other channels.
• Assist with bookings, guest services & travel-related inquiries.
• Provide an excellent customer experience.
• Work closely with an international team in a dynamic environment.
