We are recruiting for our client company, a global leader in customer experience and support solutions, currently expanding its Dutch-speaking team in Valencia, Spain.

Your Role:

As a Customer Support Representative, your mission is to provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers by:

  • Handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Offering timely and effective resolutions to customer issues

  • Assisting with order tracking, billing inquiries, and technical questions

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Escalating complex issues when necessary to the relevant departments

What Were Looking For:
  • Fluency in Dutch (C2)

  • Good English skills (B2 or higher)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
