In this role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensure they receive top-notch support. Your journey will begin with an intensive training program designed to equip you with all the knowledge and skills necessary to excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide support.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by addressing questions, concerns, and requests promptly.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are more important.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of CRM systems and various communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
