Overview

Job Opportunity: Dutch-Speaking Back Office Agent (On-Site in North West Germany)

Location: North West Germany (near Dortmund and Düsseldorf)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Relocation Support: 2 months accommodation + up to 250 euro travel reimbursement

Signing Bonus: 3,000 euro (1,500 after 3 months + 1,500 after 6 months)

Note: This is not a content moderation role. You will work as an AI evaluator, creating and reviewing written prompts and conversation flows that help improve advanced speech-based systems.

Responsibilities

We are looking for native or fluent Dutch speakers with a bachelor’s degree to join our team working with new AI technologies.
