Your role
  • Provide exceptional support to curators, judges, the registry, and the prosecutor's office of the court, along with companies and private individuals using digital platforms.
  • Handle inbound customer service activities, including calls and ticket (email) handling.
  • Address inquiries related to general information, procedural questions, platform issues, user access, and PC configuration.
  • Execute outbound customer service activities, such as making callbacks to address questions and provide solutions.
  • Send reminder and status update emails to ensure timely communication and resolution.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout all interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to efficiently resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay informed about the latest updates and features on digital platforms to better assist customers.
  • Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience.
Your profile
  • Fluent in Dutch
  • Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
  • Preferably to have an affinity with law / magistracy.
  • Analytical skills, problem‑solving thinking and a healthy dose of empathy
