In this exciting role, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional service while effectively promoting our products and services.

Your primary goal will be to convert leads into sales by understanding client needs, addressing their questions, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Your proficiency in Dutch will enable you to connect authentically with clients and provide personalized support, contributing directly to our company’s success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming sales inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation techniques
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on offerings and promotions
  • Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Analyze sales data and provide feedback to improve sales strategies
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in inbound sales or customer service is preferred
