Job summary
Omilia is hiring an AI Developer / Software Engineer in Málaga to advance the Drive-Thru Voice AI for Quick Serve Restaurants. You’ll work across engineering, AI/LLM development, conversation analysis and customer work on a live system used at scale in thousands of restaurants.
The role balances feature development, AI prototyping and productionization, with direct collaboration with clients and internal teams to meet demanding deadlines and deliver delightful user experiences.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in CS, Computational Linguistics, NLP or related field.
- At least 1 year of Software Development or AI Engineer experience.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Ambition, enthusiasm and attention to detail under deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Build features, fix bugs, test and deploy releases for the Drive-Thru Voice AI solution.
- Prototype AI features and fine-tune LLMs for voice ordering.
- Review real dialogs, assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather business requirements and implement the application logic to meet them.
