Fundación Pasqual Maragall in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a temporary Loyalty and Fundraising Technician to promote member engagement, drive donor participation, and strengthen commitment through regular communications, targeted initiatives, and loyalty campaigns.

Reporting to the Head of Loyalty, you will support content creation (emails, social posts, videos, brochures), manage email campaigns, assist event promotion, and help with materials design and production.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication or Advertising.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Communications or Marketing Department.
• Experience in content writing.
• Experience in using email marketing platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in office tools.
• Knowledge of video design and editing will be valued.
• Knowledge of time management and project management tools.
• Knowledge of reporting tools.
• Native level in Catalan and Spanish.
• High level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Support in the creation of content (emails, social media posts, videos, brochures, etc.) aimed at the social base, in coordination with other areas and under the supervision of the Loyalty Manager.
• Support in the creation of content for other fundraising areas.
• Support in managing the sending of email campaigns directed to the social base.
• Support in the management of the design and production of materials.
• Support in the organization and promotion of events.
