Job summary

Du leder arbetet med Workday-landskapet och ser till att konfigurationer och integrationer möter strategi. Dokumentation uppdateras i EA-verktyg som Ardoq, och HR-roadmapen aligneras med koncernstrategin.

Qualifications

• 7+ års erfarenhet av arkitektur eller HR-teknologier.
• Stark erfarenhet av HR-systemer (t.ex. Workday).
• Erfarenhet av HR-integrationer (identitet, löner, finans).
• Kunskap om integritets- och regelverksfrågor för HR-data.
• Erfarenhet av decentraliserade eller federerade företag.
• Funktionell kapabilitetsmodellering och tvärdomän beroenden.
• Stark förmåga till ledningskommunikation och berättande.

Responsibilities

• Definiera och styra HR-domain arkitektur och målbild.
• Säkerställ att HR-teknologi-landskapet är enhetligt, säkert och skalbart.
• Leda Workday-landskapets arkitektur från end-to-end.
• Granska Workday-portfolio för överlappningar och luckor.
• Underhålla arkitektur-dokumentation i EA-verktyg som Ardoq.
• Samarbeta med HR-roadmap och koncernens strategi och HR-teknik-uppsättning.
• Följa integritets- och regelverk för HR-data.
• Samarbeta med Senior Domain Architect och andra intressenter.

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define, govern, and evolve the architecture of the Human Resources (HR) domain across the enterprise. You will ensure the HR technology landscape is coherent, secure, and scalable, enabling consistent employee experience while supporting decentralized business needs. This role operates within the Enterprise Architecture function, translating enterprise guardrails into practical domain-level guidance for HR platforms and solutions. This role reports to the Senior Domain Architect for Functional Domains.

You will be mainly accountable for

• HR Domain Architecture & Target State, including HR capability mapping
• HR Architecture Principles and Guardrails
• HR Integration & Data Architecture and Data Distribution Patterns
• Solution Architecture Reviews and Assessments
• HR Domain Roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy and HR Technology Roadmap
• Up to date architecture documentation in EA tools (e.g. Ardoq)
• Serving as the end-to-end architect for the Workday landscape, ensuring the total solution is coherent, fit-for-purpose, and aligned with strategy
• Continuously reviewing the collective Workday footprint to identify overlap, gaps, and opportunities for consolidation or better utilization of native Workday capabilities before custom solutions are introduced
• Understanding the modules and capabilities of the Workday solution and staying up to date with releases and new features to advise how they could complement our landscape

Qualifications for the role:

• 7+ years in architecture or senior HR technology roles
• Strong experience in HR systems and platforms (e.g. Workday)
• Experience with HR integrations (identity, payroll, finance)
• Understanding of Privacy and regulatory considerations for HR data
• Experience in and understanding HR processes and operating models
• Proven experience in large, decentralized or federated enterprises
• Experience in functional capability modeling, SaaS and packaged application landscapes and cross-domain dependency management
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
