JD Logistics in Madrid seeks an agile, data-driven transport professional to lead the 24/7 dispatch and routing desk, optimizing vehicle movements across the Madrid network from day one.

You will manage the dispatch team and routing analysts, drive real-time scheduling, coordinate carrier departures/arrivals, and push cost, timing, and capacity excellence.

Formación

• Greenfield launch experience in a fast-paced transport control tower or dispatch desk, ideally for express parcel networks or major freight operators.
• Hands-on experience with Transport Management Systems, real-time GPS tracking tools, and dynamic routing software.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Establish, lead, and run the 24/7 transportation dispatch and routing operation for the Madrid network.
• Directly manage the dispatching team and routing analysts; oversee real-time scheduling and carrier coordination.
• Coordinate carrier departures/arrivals and solve transit bottlenecks across the Madrid regional network.
• Monitor and improve on-time delivery metrics and overall cost and capacity optimization.
