Nordex seeks a Director QHSE Management Systems and PMO to lead global quality governance, align ISO/IMS standards, and drive a cross-functional transformation across units. You will oversee the QHSE PMO, coordinate programs, and revitalize PFMEA with operations, ensuring sustained risk reduction.

The role requires 10+ years in global Quality/QHSE leadership, with PMI/PMP or Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred, and experience with complex matrixed organizations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in global Quality, QHSE, or Business Transformation leadership roles.
• Experience leading PMO or enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and integrated management systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in global, matrixed organizations.
• Experience with supply chains in China and/or India is beneficial.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or similar preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide global governance for the Quality Management System ensuring ISO and IMS compliance.
• Lead the Global QHSE PMO to coordinate, plan, and track QHSE-wide programs.
• Oversee rollout of the Full Quality Transformation across all business units.
• Govern VOC processes, Quality Forum routines, and Quality Loop mechanisms.
• Provide governance and PMO oversight for global PFMEA revitalization starting with PFMEA.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and operations teams to track quality risks and improvement plans.
• Monitor and guide supplier development initiatives and quality improvements across regions.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and reporting on quality program status across global, matrixed teams.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or related field

In this role you will lead global QHSE governance and PMO to align the Quality Management System with ISO and IMS standards across business areas. You will drive the Global QHSE PMO, coordinate transformation programs and scale a comprehensive Quality Transformation across units. You will oversee processes for capturing and acting on customer feedback, and revitalize PFMEA with consistent adoption by operations.
