Una empresa de energía renovable en Madrid busca un coordinador de mantenimiento de activos con más de 2 años de experiencia en la operación y mantenimiento de plantas de energía. Se requieren conocimientos en ingeniería y fluidez en español e inglés. Formación

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en operación y mantenimiento de plantas de energía renovable.
  • Formación en ingeniería en eléctrica, mecánica, electrónica o campos relacionados.
  • Máster en temas de energía es altamente valorado.
  • Fluidez en español y nivel alto de inglés requerido.
  • Orientación a la calidad del servicio, mentalidad dinámica y ágil.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar tareas del proceso de O&M asegurando el rendimiento de las instalaciones.
  • Preparar informes de mantenimiento, disponibilidad y desempeño usando Power BI.
  • Asegurar cumplimiento del plan de mantenimiento preventivo y KPIs contractuales.
  • Participar en estudios de mercado y análisis de proveedores.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en la actividad departamental.
  • Preparar presupuestos operativos anuales.

Position Summary

Elawan Energy is a global operator in the renewable energy industry with projects in over 15 countries. We specialize in providing integrated solutions across the entire lifecycle of clean energy, from the promotion, development, and construction of wind farms, photovoltaic plants, and hydroelectric power stations, to their operation, maintenance, and the sale of the generated clean energy. Currently, Elawan has 2.1 GW in operations and boasts an impressive portfolio of 8 GW in projects, with 2.5 GW in an advanced development phase and another 5.5 GW in an earlier stage. The position is part of the Operations and Maintenance area of Elawan Energy's renewable power generation plants globally. Based at the Madrid Headquarters, the mission of the position is to coordinate asset maintenance to optimize cost‑effectiveness, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and the Group’s safety, quality, and environmental policies. Additionally, actively supervise quality procedures and plant acceptance tests both before the start of operations and maintenance and after the warranty period. Collaborate with other involved departments in carrying out the various plant handover procedures, supervise the proper execution of plant acceptance procedures, following up on any pending items once the plant has been handed over and O&M has started, and validate the final plant acceptance procedures once the warranty period has ended.

Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks inherent to the O&M process in the projects being worked on: ensure performance of facilities according to the preventive maintenance plan, conduct corrective maintenance when necessary, diagnose faults, perform root‑cause analysis and resolve breakdowns.
  • Prepare maintenance, availability and performance reports; analyse data and present findings in reports using Power BI.
  • Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance plan and all required contractual KPIs (response time, availability, performance, among others).
  • Participate in market studies through value analysis; identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet company needs, supporting contract negotiation processes.
  • Identify improvement opportunities that enable analysis of departmental activity.
  • Prepare annual operating budgets (P & L).
Qualifications
  • +2 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of renewable energy plants.
  • Engineering background in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or related fields.
  • Energy‑themed master’s degree highly valued.
  • Fluent Spanish and high level of English.
  • Service quality orientation; dynamic and agile work mindset.
