Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting a French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid hub. You will build a stable panel of healthcare professionals, recruit doctors for market research studies, and maintain relationships through follow-up conversations about questionnaire status.

The role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to engage participants across diverse cultures. English skills are required for trainings and internal communications.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
