Ramboll in Spain seeks a Growth and Sales Director for Environment & Health to lead the Site Solutions department across Spain and the Iberian market. You will develop client relationships, drive growth, and oversee complex remediation projects with a focus on sustainability and regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership in BD, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration with Ramboll teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in contaminated land management and site redevelopment.
• Proven ability to develop remediation strategies and manage liabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish and European environmental regulations.
• Track record in business development and major client relationships.
• Fluent English; Portuguese would be a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for Site Solutions including developing strategy, pipeline and delivery.
• Lead complex contaminated land, remediation and redevelopment projects across sectors.
• Provide technical leadership on remediation technologies and risk-based approaches.
• Oversee project delivery focusing on client satisfaction, quality and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with Ramboll experts to provide integrated site development and environmental solutions.
• Drive innovation in remediation strategies and sustainable land management.
• Represent Ramboll externally through industry involvement and thought leadership.
