IQVIA in Madrid seeks an executive leader for Drug Development Program Leadership services. You will guide complex pharmaceutical development programs across all stages, leading cross-functional teams and advising customers on strategy, portfolio governance, and decisions.

You will manage program leaders, project managers, and clinical scientists, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and growth while upholding high-quality, compliant delivery across the DDRS portfolio.

Formación

• 15–20+ years in pharma/biotech/CRO drug development.
• Experience leading complex, multi-therapeutic programs.
• Proven senior strategic and operational leadership.
• Experience in CRO or biopharma environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of complex drug development programs and portfolios.
• Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional drug development teams.
• Drive program governance, risk management, and milestone planning.
• Promote operational excellence, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop a high-performing organization of program leaders and project managers.
• Establish frameworks, governance models, and performance metrics.
• Support business development activities and client engagements.
• Provide internal and external educational services on drug development strategy.
