CHAMP Cargosystems is seeking an exceptional Director of Engineering & Platform to own the technology, platform and engineering organization behind the Neo cloud-hosted SaaS platform. You will join the Cargo BU leadership team and report to the VP Cargo Management Portfolio.

Location is Europe or Singapore, with cross-border responsibilities and cloud-hosted strategy. You will set engineering strategy and standards, govern shared services, and drive AI-enabled product capabilities while managing

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience across full lifecycle.
• 8+ years in engineering leadership in a large, global environment.
• Experience owning a cloud-hosted SaaS platform end-to-end.
• Experience leading AI adoption in engineering and embedding AI into products.

Responsabilidades

• Set multi-year engineering and technology strategy for the Cargo BU.
• Own architecture, patterns, frameworks and engineering standards.
• Balance invest­ ment in resilience, performance and cost.
• Provide technical leadership and represent engineering in BU strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery quality, efficiency and cost.
• Own cloud hosting strategy across private datacentres and AWS.
• Own CI/CD, environments, release tooling and DevOps practice.
• Lead the Cargo BU engineering organisation (~100 headcount).
• Grow and nurture a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
