Job summary

ICON Clinical Research invites a seasoned executive to lead our Global Supply Chain in Spain, overseeing the setup of a new kit production facility and shaping end-to-end supply chain strategy for clinical trials worldwide.

In this high-visibility role you will direct global logistics, mentor cross-border teams, drive process improvements, manage budgets and vendor performance, and partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant clinical supply services.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in global supply chain and logistics.
• Proven track record delivering kit production or clinical supplies.
• Strong financial acumen and vendor/budget management.
• Experience leading international teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
