Job summary

ICON Clinical Research invites a seasoned executive to lead our Global Supply Chain in Spain, overseeing the setup of a new kit production facility and shaping end-to-end supply chain strategy for clinical trials worldwide.

In this high-visibility role you will direct global logistics, mentor cross-border teams, drive process improvements, manage budgets and vendor performance, and partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant clinical supply services.

As Director, Global Supply Chain , you will provide strategic leadership across global logistics and kit production operations, helping to define how we scale, optimize and deliver supply chain solutions that support clinical research around the world. This is a unique opportunity to combine operational leadership, commercial impact and team development while influencing the future direction of a rapidly expanding area of the business.

• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO or clinical research industry.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.

• A strategic mindset with the ability to lead change and deliver business results.
