We are looking for a Growth Manager with native German for the German market to join our Marketing team at our Zona Franca (Barcelona) offices, reporting directly to our CMO.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating acquisition and growth strategies to scale the customer base in line with FTB objectives.
• Supporting, coordinating, and collaborating with the internal performance marketing team to apply the latest practices, scale paid media campaign performance, and develop new acquisition strategies.
• Designing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing flows tailored to different stages of the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborating with the product team to design and execute A/B tests on website elements, landing pages, and the sales funnel, with the goal of improving conversion rates.
• Working closely with the sales team on a weekly basis to align marketing and sales efforts, ensuring constant feedback exchange and steady progress toward monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
• Native level of German. Conversational Spanish or English.
• Experience in the German market.
• Strong expertise in SEM, paid social media campaigns, and conversion funnel optimization.
• Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Highly analytical, results-oriented profile, with experience in cohort analysis, CAC / LTV modeling, and KPI tracking.
• Advanced command of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, paid media platforms, and data visualization tools.
• Master’s degree or postgraduate studies in Growth Marketing or a related field.

Location & Schedule

Location: Zona Franca (Barcelona) offices. Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 a.m.
