Our client, a leading company in the industrial sector, is looking for an IT Site Administrator / Regional Infrastructure Manager to join their team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and security of all IT systems across the organization.

Main responsibilities

• Manage networks, servers, and IT infrastructure (in collaboration with external providers).
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Ensure data security and system protection against cyber threats.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Support users and provide technical guidance.
• Implement IT policies and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Supervise infrastructure improvement projects.

We’re looking for someone with

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Good English level.
• Experience in a similar position in a multinational company.
• 3+ years of experience in IT administration and infrastructures.
• Knowledge of networking, servers, databases, and security tools (firewalls, antivirus, cloud computing).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset in an international environment.
