ALSO Spain is seeking a highly organized IT Purchasing Administrator to support procurement operations across international stakeholders. The role focuses on processing purchase requisitions and orders, maintaining supplier data in SAP, and ensuring timely follow-up throughout the procurement cycle.

Ideal candidates will have SAP familiarity, strong MS Excel skills, and experience in a purchasing environment.

Formación

• Experience in purchasing or procurement administration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English for international stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SAP and ERP environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders with accuracy.
• Maintain supplier data, pricing, and product information in SAP.
• Track orders, delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
• Provide procurement updates to internal teams and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies and documentation standards.
• Prepare reports and maintain purchasing records for audits.
