Responsibilities include collaborating with commercial leaders to embed digital capabilities into business strategies, partnering with product owners and teams to define product strategies and a long-term digital vision, working closely with IT to ensure seamless product delivery, owning and implementing global digital product roadmaps, analyzing business processes, driving digital initiatives, and fostering agile collaboration across teams.

Skills

10+ years of experience in digital transformation, customer experience, or digital marketing/commerce, with 4+ years in a digital solution leadership role in global environments. Proficiency in UX/UI tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and prototyping platforms. Functional knowledge of Adobe AEM and Magento. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing and customer experience analytics tools. Knowledge of user research techniques, change management, stakeholder management, and agile methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel.

We offer: Base salary from 2920 Euro/month and more based on experience, variable pay, and a company car.
