Digital Sales Associate – French Speaking

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate fluent in French with inbound sales experience.

Responsibilities
  • Introduce prospective clients to ADP's leading solutions and expert guidance.
  • Drive business forward by reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • Prospect, present solutions, and close sales in a B2B environment.
  • Manage territory, maintain regular contact with prospects, and collaborate with other ADP Sales Associates.
  • Utilize cold calling and persuasive communication to secure new business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude with excellent closing skills.
  • Business-to-business sales experience with proven proficiency in selling, presentation, prospecting, and territory management.
  • Goal‑oriented, self‑starter with capacity to reach and exceed sales quotas.
  • Assertive, persistent, good listener, and self‑motivated.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office.
