Overview

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Representative for the South Africa market, as part of the Growth Markets. We're looking for someone with a demonstrated sales aptitude and excellent closing skills.

ADP is looking for experienced sales representatives to complete our inside team that is targeting our multi‑country product market. If you have experience in building a portfolio of prospects from scratch, with multi‑country clients, and have experience in driving end‑to‑end sales cycles then we are looking for you.

Qualifications
  • 5‑8 years successful sales experience in business‑to‑business sales in a large/enterprise/global accounts environment.
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, self‑motivated, excellent closing skills.
  • Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office.
  • Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
  • Experience in making territory plans, targeting verticals, outbound sales activity.
  • Preferably a background in selling SAAS solutions, payroll, financial services, HCM, ERP, or CRM platforms.
  • Strong virtual communication skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, PowerPoint, virtual meeting platforms.
