Formación

After 6 years successful implementing our activity in the Spanish and French market, we are looking for a Talented, engaged, and motivated new Teammates! Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the full business & recruitment process
  • Define a commercial strategy to manage a client portfolio
  • Develop your commercial activity by prospecting and opening new accounts
  • Understand your clients's needs and challenges to be a referral along the process
  • Identify and define the best strategy for your hiring plan, implement the best way to screen candidate's CV (sourcing, event, synergies, communities…), being bold!
  • Get in touch and qualify your candidates (doing interviews) to support them in their job investigation you will act as real coach
  • Manage and organize candidates / clients’ meetings
  • Optimize talent attraction and employer branding to find the best solution
  • Build a trustful and strong relationships with your business partner to advise, influence and impact on the recruiting success
  • Be a real leverage for your candidate’s career plan building of social and trust relationships
  • Governance : manage your business unit and choose the strategy to follow to duplicate your business
  • Be part of the team by sharing your results and ideas to optimize the process and organization
About you

An open-minded and sociable person eager to participate in a challenging project by being rigorous and not giving up easily.

  1. You have experience as a business developer for a recruitment agency or a startup. (it's not a must)
  2. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, that allow you to move in a fast and challenging environment.
  3. International by speaking fluently French and English or Spanish.
  4. Interest for technology and innovation, being proactive to discover and learn new competences.
  5. You are a methodic and organized person, showing the ability to multitask in an innovating environment.
  6. Able to prioritize and respect deadlines.
  7. Resolutive and persuasive person able to understand the aspiration and motivation of your interlocutor.
  8. Willing to be part of the best team!
