OMODA & JAECOO Motors in Barcelona seeks an IT Product Operations professional to oversee overseas digital products for marketing, sales and aftersales. This on-site role bridges European markets with HQ Product and R&D, coordinating cross-functional teams across time zones.

You will lead incident management, deployments, and localization efforts, translate business needs into system improvements, and contribute to data-driven operations across Europe in a dynamic international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT product operations, digital product operations, product management, system implementation, or a related role.
• Fluent Spanish and English are required; other European languages are a plus.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage, with exposure to vehicle sales or aftersales processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of overseas digital products supporting marketing, sales, and aftersales service functions.
• Act as the key liaison between European markets and headquarters, coordinating cross-functional resources to solve operational issues and complex incidents.
• Ensure incidents are properly logged, tracked, classified, and resolved according to defined service levels and internal procedures.
• Manage the full incident lifecycle, including identification, root cause analysis, resolution follow-up, and post-resolution improvement actions.
• Identify recurring incidents and pain points, and prepare structured improvement recommendations.
• Support product enhancements, defect resolution, release iterations, and continuous product optimization with HQ Product and R&D.
• Lead localization initiatives to align systems with regional needs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare enablement activities, including user training and post-deployment support.
• Monitor product performance, incident metrics, user satisfaction, and adoption indicators.
