OMODA & JAECO Motors, part of the Chery Group, seeks a senior quality leadership role to drive the European Quality Management System, coordinate cross-functional audits, and ensure regulatory compliance across Europe. The role is based at our Barcelona headquarters with global exposure to HQ and regional teams.

You will manage e-CoC processes, support quality planning and operations, and coordinate with internal teams to implement quality systems across the EU region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive, Quality Management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in passenger vehicle quality system management.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of automotive regulations and certification processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve the EU Quality Management System across Europe.
• Plan and organize internal and mock audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with HQ and regional teams on quality, compliance and regulatory initiatives.
• Manage e-CoC processes and ensure alignment with timelines.
