Otis Elevator Co. in Leganés (Madrid) seeks a Product Application Engineer to bridge design data and end-users, transforming data into manufacturable, accessible products. You will work with cross-functional and international teams, contribute to the data product lifecycle, and support documentation and bug analysis.

The role requires an Engineering Degree, 2 years in similar roles, Spanish C2 and English B2-C1, and an interest in IT/programming tasks. On-site, morning shift, permanent contract.

Formación

• Engineering degree required.
• 2 years of experience in similar positions desirable.
• Spanish at least C2 and English at least B2-C1.
• Interest in IT and programming tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the data product lifecycle: coding, testing, deploying, maintaining, and monitoring in the customer configurator tool.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams (design engineers, product managers, engineers).
• Assess project scope and communicate timelines, deliverables, issues, risks and success metrics.
• Design and update documentation (binder, SharePoint sites, BI environments).
• Support root-cause analysis of bugs and improve customer experience.
