Job summary

Symrise seeks a Digital Product Manager for Manufacturing Engineering & Asset Management to own end-to-end digital products across ERP, MES, OT and asset platforms in a global manufacturing setting. Based at our Barcelona Data & AI Hub, you will partner with Global Process Owners to shape roadmaps and ensure scalable, secure solutions.

You will connect business requirements with technology, manage roadmaps, budgets, vendors and cross-functional teams across IT, OT and engineering, driving value

Qualifications

• Strong background in manufacturing, engineering or asset-related digital solutions.
• Experience aligning IT and OT teams to scalable products.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and global initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Manufacturing Engineering and Asset Management digital products, including roadmap, backlog, delivery and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Manufacturing & Engineering and Global Process Owners to shape the digital roadmap across engineering, assets, maintenance, plants, equipment and facilities.
• Define product scope and coordinate dependencies across ERP, MES, OT, engineering apps and asset management platforms.
• Work closely with infrastructure, servers, connectivity and system integration teams.
• Translate business and engineering requirements into prioritized, scalable digital solutions.
• Clarify ownership and responsibilities across IT, OT, automation and engineering.
• Assess and take ownership of new digital demands within the product area.
• Drive demands through architecture, cybersecurity, data, investment and delivery governance processes.
• Balance global standards with specific plant requirements.
• Manage product budgets, vendors, implementation partners and product outcomes.
