Job summary

Symrise is seeking a Digital Product Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain Execution in Barcelona’s Poblenou Data & AI Hub. You’ll own end-to-end digital products for logistics and supply chain, shaping roadmaps and delivering scalable solutions across order management, warehousing, and transportation.

You’ll collaborate with Global Process Owners and leaders in Global Logistics, balancing global standardization with local needs, and ensuring enterprise IT alignment, cybersecurity, and clean-core

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of logistics and supply chain execution digital products, from strategy and roadmap to delivery, support and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Global Process Owners, Global Logistics and Supply Chain Execution leaders to define and maintain the global logistics digital roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into prioritized product backlogs and scalable digital solutions.
• Define and govern solution scope across SAP and non-SAP platforms, including sales and distribution, warehouse management and transportation management.
• Drive end-to-end integration across order management, inventory allocation, fulfillment, warehousing, transportation and delivery.
• Lead demand management, including intake, evaluation, prioritization, approvals and project initiation.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data, integration and clean-core principles.
• Prepare business cases and present roadmap priorities, investment proposals and demand decisions to governance boards.
• Manage budget planning, forecasting, vendor relationships and financial performance of the product portfolio.
• Coordinate Solution Architects, delivery teams and external implementation partners.
• Monitor product and business outcomes, including logistics costs, service levels, lead times, warehouse productivity, transport performance and user adoption.

Your role

As Digital Product Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain Execution, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products supporting our global logistics and supply chain operations.

Within ONE Digital / IT, you will act as the IT product owner and key partner to Global Process Owners, Global Logistics and Supply Chain Execution leaders. You will shape and drive the global logistics digital roadmap, ensuring the right solutions are delivered across SAP and non-SAP platforms.

You will connect business needs with technology, oversee product roadmaps and delivery, and ensure integrated, scalable and sustainable solutions across order management, warehousing, transportation and distribution.

About you
