Caixabank, S.A. is seeking a specialized Premier Banking manager to service high-net-worth clients through remote channels, delivering tailored advice and managing digital contracting.

You will rely on the entity's technological capabilities to offer the most suited products and ensure portfolio performance. The role emphasizes collaboration across digital tools, risk monitoring, and proactive opportunity identification, with a focus on delivering value to clients via remote and hybrid

Formación

• MIFID, LCCI and IDD Certification required.
• Knowledge of Premier banking products and services.
• Experience in commercial management of customer portfolios.
• Knowledge of NPLs and commercial systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the assigned customer portfolio.
• Analyse the result of the commercial activity within the portfolio.
• Promote digital transformation by encouraging the use of the Bank's digital tools and app.
• Organise the operational and administrative activities of the portfolio.
• Collaborate with the manager in the analysis and monitoring of the evolution of the risk of the customers of its portfolio.
• Monitor the performance of the balance sheet and the income statement of its portfolio.
• Support with knowledge of products and client onboarding via digital channels.
