RESPONSABILITIES

• Lead and drive resolution of complex quality problems and continuous improvement projects by setting measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements.
• Increase operating process and product adherence to standards.
• Improve process repeatability before any process changes and continuously throughout the life of the product.
• Manage and improve environmental conditions in the halls.
• Implement action plans linked to product and process deviations.
• Manage supplier quality.
• Improve KPIs set up.

SKILLS

• Engineering degree.
• Experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, proactive & structured.
• Advanced level in English and Spanish.
